Justice of the Peace

  • This service is provided for the benefit of our residents and those persons working in and visiting the Willoughby City.
  • Volunteers of the NSW Justice Association provide this free service to the community of Willoughby and bookings are not required.
  • On busy days, the Justice of the Peace (JP) may limit the number of documents they certify to 10 documents per customer per session. If you have more than 10 documents, you may be asked to wait for a second session to allow other community members access to this valuable service.
  • Due to the popularity of this service, you may need to queue to see a JP. Please allow enough time for your visit.
  • JP services are not currently available at Council’s Admin Building.

Willoughby Council is grateful to the volunteers for their time and expertise, and we ask that the users of this service are respectful and patient when interacting with the JPs.
